Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Our main pickup spot is the Upper Arlington Public Library – Tremont Road. If another location in Columbus works better, email us at emily.ekophoto@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate a time and place that’s convenient for you.
How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are ready in 1–2 days, whether you’re picking up locally or having your magnets shipped. We’ll email you as soon as they’re ready.
Do you ship orders, too?
Absolutely! We carefully package every order and ship anywhere in the U.S.
What types of photos can I use?
Almost anything! You can upload photos from your computer or phone — or even scan your kids’ artwork. If you can imagine it, we can turn it into a magnet.
What’s the difference between Custom and Signature Magnets?
Custom Magnets are made using your own photos or images — perfect for personal keepsakes, gifts, or special events.
Signature Magnets are designed by EKO Photo. They feature Emily’s own photography (landscapes, nature, and animals) as well as original designs with inspirational or funny sayings you won’t find anywhere else.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — whether you’re ordering for an event, a business, or gifts, we have price breaks for larger quantities. Contact us for details.
